(no subject)
This is the first time I've actually updated my LJ in a long time, without it being out of anger or a survey...surveys are redundant if you ask me...that's why I choose selectively. Anyway, to the point:
I HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO ATTEND THE GROUP MEETING FOR BECOMING AN R.A.!!!
I'm assuming that if you make it this far, then they think you're a great candidate and unless you really screw it up from here on out, you're in! So, that's a relief because the rest of the process is just going to be fun, fun, fun from here! Hopefully...
Other than that, Spring Break is going well. I spent over three hours preparing a Math Game that has yet to be laminated and taught to the students, and checked spelling work and tests, and the students' math test, which they have to retake and I get to check probably tomorrow or Friday. Today was a little less busy...I got to listen to the test review which gets really boring after the third time, and this afternoon, I got to give the spelling test, and help the students work on their projects they're putting out in the hall before teacher conferences. So, I'm hoping the next two days go fairly fast, and then my week is over, and I get to take a break!!!
