Week 38

So this week i started taking my "weight smart" vitamins again, drank milk, went to the rec center 3 times, and followed my plan and all week my scale at school seemed to not change at all. So i was feeling like i was busting my ass for nothing and about ready to run off on a murderous rampage when i went to weight watchers and their scale said I lost 4.2 pounds. So i'm feeling a good bit better but still haven't fully recovered from the damage done over the last month( i have to loose 2.2 more to get back to where i was). But it's definitely a good loss for one week and i'm glad to be back on track. So this week i've got a book review due(and i haven't started reading the book yet), a killer test, lots of reading(as usual), and I start learning to write lesson plans so i'm really stressed out and busy and i think the rec center will only be a distant dream for the week. But I'll try to stick with the rest of it to get back to where I was. But I'm going to Florida next Thursday so I won't be weighing in, so i'll be updating the week after that and should definitely be back where I'm supposed to by then! Have a good 2 weeks everyone!
