Feeling SO Better!
Ah! I feel so much better and so much happier now. ^^ I was finally cured of my sadness and boredom from being cooped up inside the house for so long. Now I feel much better and ready to tackle anything!
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I was out with my Dad's girlfriend Ann all around town, mainly for several reasons. Saturday we were out just to do a bit of shopping, plus I picked up a application for Dollar General while we were out. Job possiblity there ^^
Sunday is a different story...see, during the weekend both Dad and I were suffering from some physical problems. Me with my hurting kidneys (from drinking too much soda lately) T_T and Dad with his back going out on him (he's in his early 50's o.o). My health problem clearned up eventually after I spent the entire day drinking nothing but water (an still am with an occasional soda or two).
However, Dad wasn't so lucky. His health problems grew worst, to the point where he had to call Reggie (my oldest brother) and Jamie (my step sister) to take him to the hospital because at the time, Ann was away at work using Dad's truck. Eventually, Ann came back home and I explained what happened which lead us to go visit him at the hospital.
Turns out, his visit there was only temporary. By the time we got up there, he had already left! Ann, now annoyed by the fact that Dad didn't bother to either let her know he was going to the hospital or that we were on our way there (we had called the receptionist and let her know we were coming, thinking she'd tell him but didn't) drove us back home.
When we arrive back home, we found Dad was alright but we yelled at him. I yelled at him mainly because I was worried, Ann for the reasons I stated above. Dad got upset, which lead him to start hurting again and started to rant as well.
Though Sunday did end somewhat well (I got to see one of my former high school teachers at the drug store while Ann and I were out getting medicine) Dad remained bitter and angered towards me, even AFTER I appologised to him...
Monday rolled around and I found myself going back out with Ann again. This time it was to go into town once more to do some other errands, including putting in my application for Dollar General. Her daughter tagged along withus and we had a pretty good time ^^
Tuesday, I found myself once again going out into town. Only with different compant and a different reason. Tina called that morning wanting me to go with her into town, so I got ready. We spent our short time there at EB Games where I bought myself a Inuyasha DVD...
...Unfortunately, I'll have to return it next time. The salesguy put some other Inuyasha DVD into the case, either because he couldn't find the one that belonged to the case or he thought I wouldn't notice. Stupid EB Games...
All in all, the past few days have been good. I got to go out for once and do some fun things.
However, the summer is rapidly coming to a end. I still don't have my lisence yet and if I don't get it soon, I won't be able to go to college...
BTW, does anyone know how to remix songs? My boyfriend and I are in need of someone with music splicing skills to remix a song for us. Reply via note or comment to the journal if you know anyone or are willing to help us.
