is this normal??
bella is 2 1/2. she talks a little bit but not much. when you ask her something she just stares at you like you have six heads and won't answer. the only time she'll answer is if you ask her if she wants to go bye bye or if she wants juice. its freaking me out the way she just stares. her mom says she does it to her but "it's her way of ignoring people" she does talk otherwise a little but i'm not sure how much she should be talking. she doesn't know her name either. is that normal?
