The plane ticket has been purchased! I will be going to Philadelphia in November to help presentat an archaeological conference the research that my professor and I have been doing on the metallurgy of the Turkish digsite Kenan Tepe.
This is only the second time in my life that I will be flying farther than the west coast states.
And...I am currently applying for a passport so that I will be all ready to excavate at the site this summer.
