If I say no to a check, the answer is no.
$600+ payroll check, skeezy customer, very little history with the person, check "looked" wrong, check examiner urged me to say no, Chris Cash urged me to say no.
I'd have said no without all the extra details. The answer was no. No matter how much Travis whined to me about it and about how Jannette had already said yes, my answer continues to trump hers. If Joe, Rich, Tim, Denise, Courtney, anyone wants to overrule me, they have that right and that authority. But it will be them performing the override and them making that decision. My decision is - no.
And one last thought... credit card scam - not a good thing. Remind me when Advil PM isn't in my system that I need to post an update about it.
