New guitar
So I broke the truss rod in my main electric and since it's going to cost more than twice what the guitar is worth to fix it I'm getting a new one. Which one? The Gibson Les Paul BFG (www.gibson.com/bfg). What does BFG stand for? Badass fucking guitar. That's right badass fucking guitar. I didn't think Gibson could get any cooler, but they did.
I also think it's great that Brendon Small (the creator of Home Movies and Metalocalypse) used one to record the season finale of Metalocalypse.
I think the glee of getting this monster has made up for the saddness in losing my other noise machine.
