AAAARRRGGGG!!!!!!!!!
You know why I hate school? Let me tell you why:
1. Every professor expects something different. You may get A's on essays in other courses, but you always have that asshole professor who not only gives you a shitty grade, but also feels it necessary to figuratively slap you in the face and kick you in the ass with his cruel and highly critical comment!!!! What ever happened to constructive criticism.
2. Some professors don't think it's necessary to teach you anything you'll need to know for any of the assignments or exams! No! Instead, their lectures consist of historians' opinions on the validity of sources (rather than teaching the actual history itself) as well as comments like, "Well, I won't go over that in class because your textbook explains it well." Why the fuck did I pay $500 for a course when I could have just bought the textbook and gotten the same learning experience!!!
3. Professors like to tease their students. They like to make essays and assignments ridiculously easy so that they can fuck you over on their exams! I got 85% on an in-class essay, 100% on an assignment, and the bullshit exam (in which half of it was written in Latin, despite it not being a vocabulary course) brought me down to a D!!! Fuck you and your bell-curve!!!!
4. Professors have no fucking sympathy for the financial needs of their students. I just spent $120 buying books for ONE class. Mind you, that only covered 1/4 of the books I need for that class (I still have to purchase the rest of the books for the second semester). Not to mention all my other classes that I've had to buy for. You know why I haven't finished buying my books yet? Because I can't fucking afford them right now!!! I don't even have enough money to pay for the fucking GO bus for the rest of the year!!! I'm not made of money! I'm fucking broke!!!
The list goes on and on and on. Oh, and to top it all off, did I mention that I'm going to have to go back for a fifth year? Hahahahaha!!! The only thing U of T is good for is making me want to hurl myself infront of a moving car!
