Off Day!
Today was possible the most off day I have ever had in my entire 15 years of life on this planet. I woke up early to get in the shower (I usually shower at night). Anyway, I got ready for school, and went out to the family room to set my DVD recorder for 11am, because that is the time that Homicide: Life of the Street comes on during the day. However, I put the TV on the wrong channel. It was on Sleuth instead of WGN. It comes on Sleuth at 5pm on weekdays and 11am on WGN on weekdays. Well, I didn't figure this out until I got home from school (about 15 min. ago).
Anyway, at school, I didn't finish my biology homework from last night, because I didn't understand it. When I got to school, it took me about 20 min. to finish it with the help of my older sister (we go to the same school, but I was doing my homework last night after she went to bed so I couldn't ask her about it then. Well, I went to biology with, my homework done , but I didn't bring my biology notebook. And we had a note book quiz today! I was so pissed, I've never failed a notebook quiz before, I've never left my notebook at home before either.
Then, later in Spanish class, I failed the quiz there too. I forgot to study last night, and I was so lost on that quiz. I did ok the rest of the time at school today, but I forgot so many things and I almost lost my spanish homework too, which we graded in class and I got -16 out of 30.
All of this probably happened because we only had 2 days of school this week, Thursday ans today. The other 3 days we called off because it was below 0 and it was snowing outside. So, I guess the extended 5 day weekend really got to me.
Well, thank God it is Friday, I can sit back and watch loads of House, SVU, MASH, Homicide and all my other favorite TV shows and movies. Plus I can always read fan fiction if TV gets boring. :)
