Yeah, so my internet fizzled out again. I'm getting so pissed at Sympatico, it's becoming not-funny. I'm going to switch to Rogers cable. I've had problems with the service for the past year and honestly, I'm sick and tired of calling the technician only to get a very mundane, "power cycle both your computer and modem" answer. I wanted to punch him in the fucking face. Listen buddy, I didn't call you because I'm an inept moron; I called you because my INTERNET has been OUT for the past THREE FUCKING DAYS and IT KEEPS HAPPENING, even though you told me two months ago that the original problem was fixed! So excuuuuuuse ME if I'm pissed at you and I sound snide on the phone!
