Well it’s been a while again so let me just jump into everything! My family in NC came up to NY to visit my aunt in the area…the one with really bad cancer, who has been given less than six months. I went over to visit with them and my aunt. I haven’t seen them in almost 4 years so it was really nice to visit with them. My cousin Tim and I are very close but we never get to see each other so that was particularly nice. They came into town the 23rd and left on the 27th. The only day I had off of work was the 24th so I went there all day to visit with them after a 77.5 hour work week. Then when they got ready to leave for their “Christmas” Eve mass I left and since my aunt lives 10 minutes from Rachel I decided to drive over there and I had dinner with them. It was delicious of course. Rachel’s mother is an amazing cook. Then I worked all of Christmas day starting at 6am - stayed at work until the 30th at 2pm…it was insane I was sooo tired and just drained that I needed a brake. I called Rach to ask her if she wanted to go out to dinner somewhere in down town Saratoga. She agreed what a good idea it was. I drove to her house, and then we went to the Stadium on Broadway in Saratoga. We had delicious wraps with Saratoga chips (kind of a cross between potato chips and French fries). Then we decided to go to see a movie at 10:20pm (lets remember how tired I already am!) so I decided to stay over night…especially because we were going to do “First Night” in Saratoga the next night. We watch the movie and I hear more about their insane night, the pervious night in a club in Albany…YEAH I DIDN’T GO…I WAS WORKING They had so much fun….you must read Rachel’s LJ to get the hilarious details. We go to bed. I wake up to Rach getting ready to go somewhere so I get up and ask her were she’s going. She’s going to her gym (this is where I begin to think oh man I’m ganna be here alone…with Rachel’s father who makes me uncomfortable). She says she will be back in an hour I tell her when she gets back we’ll go to the mall, she agrees. A few minutes after she leaves I had out to my car to have a cigarette. I pass her dad who says “leaving?” in his creepiest tone. “Ummm, no not yet.” I have a cigarette and come in and decide I don’t want to be there anymore with out Rach. So I throw on close…see Rachel’s mother and tell her to tell Rach I’ll call her later, I’m going to the mall. I go to the mall by myself buy a few things (oh how I really do love to shop) then I call her house she is home so I head back to her house. Then we drive back out to Wilton this time together because I wanted to go to Wal-Mart but thought Rach might want to go with me, I was right. Then we go back to her house…I shower then Bethie is there (she’s going to do first night with us!). We decided to meet Alison in Clifton Park for dinner. It was soo good to see her again since she’ll be student teaching in NYC. So we get Rachel’s mother to buy us a bottle of wine. We then think maybe that isn’t enough…so I buy us a bottle of vodka. We go to the dollar store to get coffee mugs so it looks like we have coffee in our hands for first night. We go back to Rachel’s after dinner and he mother pours us all wine, it was good wine too! We have a few glasses the whole time Rachel’s creepy dad is trying to get us out of the house…offering to drive us putting on his coat starting the car…basically we all thought it was quite rude. So Rachel says to him “DAD DON’T MAKE US GO…WERE DRINKING!” He looks soo surprised to hear these words come from his daughter’s mouth, Bethie and I can’t help but to laugh…Rachel’s mother laughs too!! HA! Then we go to Rachel’s room fill our mugs with diet iced tee and vodka. Rach and I practically empty our purses and fill them up with beer cans HA! We have a good buzz as we leave then we walk around finishing our mixed drink then decide to go into the Saratoga City Center to listen to a bad. We get in there and decide its cool to drink in there we go to the bathroom and fill our mugs with beer - several times. We do a lot of dancing and drinking. Then we attempt to go to Newbury’s but they wouldn’t let us in because it was too full already. BOOO so we walk around more then find our way to the library were we all stop to use to ladies room. Oh by the way, the whole time we are randomly walking around…we call everyone we know…ha! It was funny, we watched fire works, and they were pretty cool. We had a three way kiss at midnight. After the fire works Bethie demanded pizza so we did that then tried to call Rachel’s brother who was suppose have a hotel party he invited us to…his plans didn’t end up working out so we went back to Rachel’s to drink more of that bottle of wine her mother bought. We went to bed woke up insanely early. Rachel’s mother made us breakfast - did I mention how much I LOVE HER!? Oh well I DO! Then we went to the mall…I thought we were going to Colony Center but it was Crossgates so I got off the wrong exit on the Northway…by myself because Bethie and Rachel were in Bethie’s car and when they didn’t get off I couldn’t figure out where they went till I realized that maybe we were going to Crossgates. So I knew where they would be…and how to get there…but how the hell would I find them?!?! I was freakin out so I decided to go shopping…that always seams to make things better. So I go in the mall and look around see something I want to buy but if I didn’t have the cash I wasn’t ganna buy it so I open my wallet and see Rachel’s cell number. I though the object in question down and run to my car and drive over to Crossgates. I park and run in to find a phone I call Rach and have her and Bethie meet me where I was. We then meet us with Alison and see A Serious of Unfortunate Events. It was a great movie. When it was over I drove Bethie to her car and she headed home, Rach and I went back to her house. I helped Rachel’s mother with the tree, cleaning up the mess it made, and we watched warp tour. Then I went to Wal-Mart with Rachel. She picked up the stuff for her scrape book. My car was making a bad noise and I was scared so before we went into Wal-Mart I checked my oil and it was down a quart so I bought one and added it and sure enough the noise went away. YEAH! So I drove Rachel back home and headed home myself. I watched a movie with moot when I got home. I crashed for like 13hours. I was wonderful. I was so happy to catch up on much needed and deserved rest. When I woke yesterday I got ready to go out then I went to the store and bought stuff to bake cookies…I really love to bake...sometimes it scares me how domesticated I can be. I made a homemade soup and watched…a Law and Order Marathon. Until “Kiss the Girls” came on…It wasn’t any where near as good as the book. I was so disappointed. Then I watched one episode of “Law and Order: SVU” it was a really good episode…one of my favorite things about being home is, working but then it is that I watch TV. I hardly ever watch TV at school. Well that’s basically all I’ve been up to were working on plans to all get together today so that Bethie and Rach can see Al before they go to Florida because when they get home she will already be in the City. Whatever we decide to do…hilarity will ensue!
