That title sounds like an article.

I hurt the hell outta my back. I think when I twisted and ran and reached I pulled a muscle. Within a few steps it became almost too painful to walk and after a pause I went to take a step and almost fell over from the stabbing pain in my back.  I called my mom and had to leave a message. She finally called back

Back pain ♥ I have one too, so that's why the heart. But I'm not walking like an old person... I'd laugh my ass off if I saw you, though xD

And I had to google that line, 'cause you know I'm the smartest blonde there is - and that movie is older than me, which means I'm a baby xD lol
