I just finished Amy Tan's The Bonesetter's Daughter. That makes four books I've read by her, and it's always hard to pick a favorite, though I think I'll have to go with The Kitchen God's Wife or The Hundred Secret Senses. Need to re-read THSS... once I find it askjdflaksjdf
I liked it. My favorite thing about Tan's writing are the ending sentences of her sections. They're always so poignant and sharp. Cut right into my heart. And I like that she explores mother-daughter relationships; they are perhaps the most confusing relationships ever.
I guess I should check out Joy Luck Club now? I can't remember if there's anything else by her; I'm relatively sure there isn't.
Any recs, guys? I did have a "To Read" list somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
