yay but nay
so, i figured out the whole hotel thing. we're staying at a place exactly like the one we were going to, but it was cheaper. yay for that. yay for officially going to edinburgh. wayne is going back to ireland tomorrow. boo. he'll be gone for five days. i'm happy he gets to see his sister (who hasn't been home in three years), but i'm going to be lonely. plus, clare & jamie are going to jamie's brother's wedding & won't be back until next tuesday. it'll be just me & grace & kirsten. but kirsten is getting back tomorrow & is probably going to spend the whole week with euan (her boy) and grace is generally mia. sadness. i guess i will actually have to write my essay & read james joyce's 'portrait of the artist as a young man.' hmph. like i said, yay but nay.
