I'm curious, because of what we learn in Anthropology, what are your feelings about the "Melting Pot" theory and cultural assimilation? I don't just mean in the United States, but in countries where primitive cultures are being introduced to the western world and assimilated into that culture, losing their own cultural identities in the process.
