To unpack or not to unpack....
Yeah, so I've been awake since 9am. And I planned that after I got up I would unpack my room. Four hours later, I'm sitting in my room writing about how I should unpack. How ironic.
I love the family I live with. Not only have they given me a place to live, a bed to sleep on and they love to play cards, but they are so much more then that. Last night a friend called me up and invited me to his grandparents. He said it would start at 7pm, but I got there at 8pm. Normally, I'll be about 10 or 15 min late. But no... an hour. Wanna know why? I was playing with some kids. Great kids. Wanna know what we were playing? Oh yeah, SOCCER. Not only soccer, but indoor soccer. I know that when I'm older, I probably wouldn't let my kids play soccer in the house. But the moms were joining in on it!!!!! How awesome! Down the hallway and into the living room... So an hour later, I went to the college gettogether. We played pool and mexican dominos. Then they watched a Secondhand Lions as I slept. It's possible I COULD have stayed up all night (especially after having a 2hr nap), but I decided that I'll probably do that on Sunday. Hehe, cause I don't have to wake up early on Monday!!!!!! *does a little dance*
Yesterday in Western Civ we talked about a new exibit that is coming to the Oklahoma Museum of Art. It's the "Temples and Tombs: Treasures of Egyptian art". I want to go. Let me know if you want to go too and we'll get a group together! :) I know I've got at least one friend out there that will go with me! So about that unpacking, I should do it before I run away to Amanda's tonight. Love ya!
