(no subject)
So, I'm frustrated. If you read this, please know, I've had a horrible day at work. Alright, so where do i begin? We're redoing carpet. So that means some of the rooms are under DNR (do not rent). But does anyone know which rooms these are? NOPE. Only my manager does and she only lets me know when she's gonna go home. Alright.... These guys come in and want a room. I've got a room. They say ok, and go watch a movie. I find out I can't give that to them because we're workin on that tomorrow. ARG. So we are COMPLETELY booked this saturday (give or take a room or so). So when I'm trying to find out where to put reservations that are WRONG then that becomes a problem. Saturday might be a bad night, I feel it in my bones. There were so many reservations that were wrong tonight, that I hope that everything goes smoothly on Saturday. I just wish the people at the front desk knew what they were doing. I pray for cancellations. I'm gonna go home and cry. Tonight was just a bad night.
