Portugal
My trip to Portugal was great! to bad it ended so soon. the wedding was beautiful. Sandra looked amazing in her dress and Henrique(Henry) looked good too. it was a great day to have a wedding. in the morning it wasn't too hot, everyone, mostly our family went to Tia Lena's house for an early lunch before we headed to the church. Sandra broke down in tears when she said her vows. i was fine until i heard her cry, than i started. Annette just looked at me and shook her head. Paulo was sweet, he gave me a hug.
in the afternoon we headed to where the dinner was going to be. we were a little late when we got there so we got stuck sitting in the sun. just before we headed inside to eat, the entire family got together and took a picture. i never really realized how big my family is. it consists of my grandparents, my uncle Manuel, his wife Lena, their two children Sandra and Marta, then my dad, my mom, Annette and me, my aunt Otilla, her husband jorge, my unlce Vergiliou, his wife Otilla, and Andreia and Paulo. plus Marta's boyfriend and Henrique. the picture turned out really well.
we left shorlty after the wedding to Algarve, because Annette hadn't been there in years and she wanted to see it. Sandra and Henrique left for the greek islands four days after their wedding. we did do some sight seeing, but not much becuase we waited until my sister came, and she was only allowed one week. but we managed to go to Fatima, which we always do. i enjoyed my trip very much. it was nice to see the family again.
