(no subject)
Today has been so lazy. I've just spent the day trying so hard to finish off my writing, and yet only wrote (maybe) 100 words. Okay, only 5900 words to go.
On the other hand, I spent the rest of the day browsing the Leaky Lounge, and over all, I probably wrote at least 500 words in there. Not that I'm counting or anything.
I'm feeling slightly shy and embaressed at the moment, I just went and made a few random comments in some journals that I've been meaning to comment in for ages. And I found some more people on here that I very much like, but...I'm feeling too shy to go and say hi, in case they bite. And now I'm just sounding like a 12 year old! I've got to stop this.
So, as far as I can tell, the big 'thing' at the moment is HBP spoilers. I actually haven't come across any yet, but by the sound of it, I'm all alone, cause everyone else is having fits because they either saw some, or have heard about them, etc etc... I'm just crusing along here, I don't mind either way. Actually, thats a straight out lie, as soon as I see the link to a spoiler, against my better judgement, and a thousand voices saying 'NO!' I will go and click on it. I can't wait untill HBP, and personally, I don't think any kind of spoiler will spoil it in any way, the most that will happen will be a huge grin cracking across my face and me thinking "So, they were right. Thats so great!" (or not great, depending on what it was about). It will just make me laugh, nothing could ruin HBP!
I've also just gone and read a thousand and one recs to stories which I really want to read, but I am going have to hold myself back for a couple of weeks at least, until some of my work load has disapeared.
And thats about all for this week. Its the end of the weekend, so I'm going back into work tomorrow. I've also got to drive up to the Gold Coast on Tuesday, and heaps more stuff happening during the week. All of which, I'm sure, will not be at all sucessful in diverging my attension from the fact that there is only 5 days untill HBP! I've just got to go and jump around a bit to get rid of all this extra energy before I go to sleep!
