(no subject)
people can be quite cute. when the lift project started, so many were complaining about having to pay for the lift, blablabla... then when the project started, so many were complaining that it was too noisy! and midway through the project, so many were complaining that it's taking too long. but when it's finally done, people find joy in taking all the new lifts (lift 1 take to 6th floor, lift 2 take to 10th floor - .-???) for fun. and a few days later, someone said, "the new lift has broken down!!!" BOOOMMB! and after that, when someone emerges from the new lift, a grandma and two grandchildren were excited, "the lift is fixed???" and the children run to the lift! people are so cute. hahaha.
(i remember once, kaine's friend was talking about some local NDP design and there was a toiletbowl looking thing that spewed water. i never saw it, i don't know what it's about, but the only thing i remember is that this friend said his malaysian friends commented online, "you singaporeans are weird!!" hahahaha)
add at the moment i'll helping my uncle type his rental contract. then i saw this:
(q) To peaceably and quietly at the expiration of the tenancy deliver up to the Landlord the Premises in the condition as if the same were delivered to the Tenant at the commencement of this agreement, fair wear and tear and act of God excepted.
