Alarming Trend in Fashion
So what’s the deal with keeping the tags on clothes/shoes/backpacks these days? Are people trying to flaunt their fortunes by showing that they paid $55 for their Nike backpack? Because you know people don’t leave the tags on their Walmart special shoes. OR is it all an elaborate scheme to use merchandise and return it at a later date for a full refund because the tags are still attached?
No matter what the reason, I think it is silly/vain and borderline gross. Now shoes and backpacks are one thing, but clothes are completely different. It becomes immediately obvious that the article clothing in question has not been laundered since its purchase. That just gets a little icky after awhile.
So in conclusion, if you ever see me walking around with my tags on, you know it is because I was in a hurry and forgot, so please do me a favor and let me know.
In other news, my coworkers went to get a coffee. I think they may have gone all the way to Columbia or something. They were gone quite a while.
