Here We Go
Well my parents are celibating today. My father's 80th birthday and my parents 54th wedding anniversary. That's one way not to forget. With my family I am the only one that goes out to eat with them. The rest of them live two hours away and have to work around their work hours and other things they are doing.
My brother and his second wife had their wedding anniversary the 20th. They have not made my brother's kids happy because of how they feel being left out of things they were doing. Now their step sister and her husband got more attention from her mom and my brother. Lets just say they got a ear full from my niece and nephew about it.
I made reservations at the Comfort Inn for Neko Con but have to call them back to arrange some discount by using AAA. That would lower the charge by $8.00. I thought that saying that I was there for Neko Con would be a discount but I guess I should have checked. If I had the money I would stay at the hotel next to the HRCC but after what I paid for three nights at the Hoilday Inn for Otakon I need a little discount for two people.
My friend Andria Rammesy has contacted me to come along again. I guess her trip to England was called off again with all the crazy things going on over there earlier.
One thing I have been scoping out this 2006 Ford Club Wagaon at a dealer. The price has jumped up and down since I seen it on the web. I hope by the end of the month it will drop again with new vehicles arriving at the dealers.
I hope it gets down to close to $16,000. Its $16,990 now. I just went over to the dealer and looked yesterday with no sales person running out to collar me.
