Here Comes Otakon
Well here it is the middle of July and Otakon is this coming Thursday.
Sometime to kick back a little and have some fun. My buddy has made the reservations this time but he waited too long and we don't have con rating. He is still trying if something comes open.
Well I had heard from someone that had heard that our boss at work who control the garage was transfering to another part of the county fleet operation and a promotion.
Well now its a wait and see who will take his place. He was only there two years.
He moves over to the other operation on the 25th. I just hope the old boss doesn't try to come back. He did a lot of damage to the operation of the place with his ideas and attitude. He thought he owned the county being in the GOP. He is a political suckup and has his hands in too many things.
We need someone who will not be influenced by those he left behind and will make things run the way it should be.
I am slowly getting my head together on buying a new ride even if it is used by two years. If I win the lottery maybe a new Ford E-Series window van the way I want it. Five Passenger with room to carry things in the back. There is a company who builds them and call them Half Back Vans which I found on the web.
Thats what I have to say now.
