the concept of Deathly Hallows came out of flipping NOWHERE. Way to introduce a new vital part of the plot in the middle of the last book!

I reallyreally liked the not-dead Harry&Dumbledore scene, followed by Narcissa's lie.
The only time I cried in the whole book was when Fred died. Although Hedwig made me sad too.
Lupin = ugh
"Don't let it worry you," said Ron. "It's me. I'm extremely famous." Heh.
P.S. If done right, this will be a KICK ASS movie.
