(no subject)
The bad weather is keeping me from going out and to make matters worst my computer can't start properly. It's missing a FAT file, I need a WINME CD to help it boot. I've asked a friend already for his but he keeps on forgetting. I don't want to bug him 'cause it is a favour i'm asking him. But I want my computer to steal my life away again.
Right no I'm in the library 'cause I don't have class. It's the last period of the day but I don't want to go home and then come pack to the school for band practice. That's just a waste of time. Plus I miss typing on a keyboard.
I found myself a Cyndi Lauper shirt from a vintage store downtown, and purchased it. I wore it to the Brand New concert in TO just last Friday. I got two compliments for my shirt, a dude pointed to my shirt and gave it a thumb up. And this lady handing out flyers seemed so excited about Ms. Lauper and kept on mentioning that she was from her time and how cool she was when she saw it. I couldn't make out what she said 'cause there was ringing in my ear at the end of the show. I just kept on nodding in response. I also took home with bruises along with the compliments. My left arm is still sore. The opening band was good, if you're driving a car or sitting on the bus but not live. They sounded like a mix of emo and Radiohead and were called Rising the Fall. Some people wanted them off the stage and made their thoughts heard. I wanted them off too, but instead of standing there wearily. I left the crowd and sat down, and then went to stalk this person with a spidery shirt on. =) My friend tried asking for his phone number but got rejected. Oh well. Yeah I'm done with this. The next time i'll be writing would be on my own computer.
