Only ones this might apply to are Lillia and Erim/Iris (this account). Lillia's power is that she's a "friend of the spirits" in her world. That means she attracts the spirits and they are more likely to aid her and in a world where the spirits are horribly quiet, that is pretty amazing.
Erim is a death goddess. Her own permissions post explains things pretty well.
2) Be disturbingly insightful into whatever issues get naturally revealed about your character in conversation? Warning: This may result in hugging regardless of circumstances.
We'll see how it goes? I just advise against it with Yuber because he is likely to stab someone who hugs him.
3) Troll the general hell out of them?
Trolling is awesome! Expect Yuber to troll back because he's an asshole like that.

1. Yeah, Lillia is a tricky one because her powers aren't explained well in her canon either. Another character who had the same power acted as a priestess of sorts in their world. So the typical stuff associated with any clergy would apply to her to some degree, but her power comes from spirits much like the ones in Luceti, but there are more than just the basic elements in there too. Also in her world, it is very possible for her to sacrifice her life and it would seal away great evil (in fact I wouldn't be surprised if she tries to go that route with Aku, he's just like their bad guy). So for all that she's defenseless, she's got enough power within her that it made her a major target for baddies in her world.
2. Feel free to die laughing at it. He hates being hugged and pretty much would only allow about one person to do so and not stab them (dragobete event notwithstanding where he just allowed it and tried to run away).
1) Lillia's canon sounds very interesting! Where is she taken from? And... I suppose that 'spiritual energy' would actually very much apply to, well - the priestess/spirit sort of thing you're talking about. So if it's okay with you, I'll go for it and say she can tell? Rangiku wouldn't have any clue about the whats/hows just - "This is someone who has spiritual power."
3) I... really don't see her having much concern for Yuber. On the other hand, the potential for snark could be epic.
1. She's from Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits. That's the fourth game in the Arc the Lad series which is a very good series of games (among my favorite RPG series actually). The second game does have an all right anime adaptation which would likely be better if you haven't actually played the game like I had because I enjoyed it, but was sad to see some of my favorite scenes skipped.
