Attack of the Children! oh no!
this weekend I stayed at Kendra's! here's how it went:
-Saturday Night-
Paco,John,and Janet came over, so Kendra and I went down to Food For Less to pick up a case of beer for them and Smirnoff Twisted(those fruity ones! *cough* I don't drink the hard stuff,I swear)for us. Kendra baked a chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday,and everyone signed a birthday card.
-Sunday-
we dropped Yazmine and Lars off at their abuelito's,and John took Ricardo,Kendra,and I down to West Hollywood where we stopped off at Jose's apartment first. it was Jose's(one of Ricardo's brothers)birthday,so we stayed for a little bit. I love how he decorated his apartment..very modern but with statues/pictures of different cultral gods. like the aztecs and egyptians. his cat Gimbu is evil though,it attacks everyone-even him. and he had a HUGE bowl of sunflower seeds on a coffee table in the center of the sitting room,cuz that's mostly all he eats. he's a vegan. a very skinny vegan *nods* he gives really good hugs though,I love his hugs.
then we all went down to Melrose,and walked in all the record shops we could find. outside of Headline Records,this one guy took a picture of Kendra and I for some japanese fashion magazine. he explained that he needed photos of how people dress on the Melrose strip, so we agreed to let him take one of us. John and Ricardo gave him funny looks,haha. Kendra kept asking me what I wanted for my b-day present from them,but I wasn't willing to let her buy something for me,until I finally broke down in Melrose Music,and let her purchase Thrice-The Artist in the Ambulence for me.
we got home,picked up the kids,and I decided to rest a little..
*when suddenly,it happened!*
*"what are you doooooing?"*
*they were squishing me between the air matress(which was recently purchased,woohoo no more floor!),and I was stuck! hahaha*
*I decided to push back*
*"I'm gonna tickle you!..ok,good,you're done."*
*"ahhh,that's my head!"*
yeah,my neice and nephew like to attack me..those crazy children o.o
-Today-
I went to IKEA to buy a new cd tower with the rest of my bday money cuz my old one won't hold anymore cds. I'm going to give my old one to my mom for her cds *nods*
then we went to PetCo to buy 3 mice for Ryu..he ate them within 10 minutes,he was hungry.
annnnd right now I must assemble my cd tower so I can transport allll my cds. I have a ton of cds,I swear,haha. until next time I bid thee adieu.
