(no subject)
Wow. It's been awhile. I feel I have lost the drive to update my life on the internet, but summers here so that could very well change very soon.
Any way I saw the faint and bright eyes last night and there is definitely many words that could be used describe it, but the two that come to my mind are FUCKING AWESOME. Now, let me tell you, it is not often that Caroline Renee is in the mood for dancing, but last night, I was. Oh how I danced during the faint. I probably didn't dance well, mind you, but it still was wonderful. I even got to dance a little with Mr.Abloins during 'Drop kick the punks' and with some new friends we made. Unfortunately the dance mood has yet to wear off all the way, so I am still dancing to my faint cd and my little brother keeps coming upstairs to look at me weird. Oh well. On to bright eyes. They were incredible and even a little better then last time because Conor was a bit sober-umm-er. I love making up adjectives. He talked a lot more during this show, which was good because I really enjoy his little introductions to his songs. My favorite was the one before "I believe in symmetry" where he said something along the lines of "This is sort of my love song to the world. To tell the world how much I love it.**strums guitar** Hold on a second, I can love the world so much harder if I was in tune." It made me laugh at least. I don't know if those where his exact words but something like it. I really love digital ash. It's a great CD. And I held Brian’s hand during "Down in a rabbit hole". I don't know. I wanted to hold someone’s hand during that song for some reason. Hope it didn't annoy him. And he played 'Lover I don't have to love' during the encore. Amazing. Great fucking time.
More stuff happened this weekend with Lia and weird things at the airport, but the entry is already way to long so I'll write about it another day.
