Hello journal. Good afternoon all.
Our house will be done by approx. March 15th. It is very exciting to know that within a few weeks I will be living in the city that I have wanted to live in for two years now. & I don't have to spend a dime. I am spoiled <3.
Not really though, it is a 'stepping stone' for my future. I am going to paint my room red. And have bamboo mini blinds. And paint some random quote on one of my walls. And and... this is going to be so much fun! I love moving in. But moving out suchs. Which I will be doing next weekend. It is a shame that I can't live at my dad's anymore. The bottom line is his hoe bag faced girlfriend. If she wasn't around, I would feel comfortable in the house I have lived in for fifteen years! Which I should be able to feel comfortable in.. but that is a different story.
I've met more Santa Fe kids over the past month, and they are all super kick ass people. Of course that was expected, but you never can tell. I might have some job hook ups at places I've always wanted to work at. But I will not count my chickens before they hatch, so I will get back to you on where and when. Kapeesh?
The last couple weeks have been fun. I met some local Albuquerque people from myspace. Went to a rave in Santa Fe (fun!), started up making jewelry again, even though ALL my stuff is in socal.. Mommy's are generous in craft stores. Speaking of craft stores. Hobby Lobby (stupid name huh?) is the COOLEST craft/home store I have ever stepped foot into. Maybe it's the curse from girlscouts, but I love crafty stuffs. :)
Reggae on the River tickets go on sale March 1st..
reggae on the river main site I have so far convinced about a hand ful of people to think about it. If you like reggae music, and you like camping, giant concerts, natural candies (you know what I mean).. they you will have a blast. It's about a 10 hour drive from San Diego. But last year I stayed in Big Bear for a night & it broke it down into a 8 hour drive.. Up north. C'mon people come with me!! It will be like one big road trip, giant concert, and camping trip, all in one.
