As an Aussie i do find great joy in the British guy mocking the American's. LOL. I don't know why i didn't pick this one, maybe because i think of it more as a quote then a saying, plus apart from the "*scoff* Americans" it doesn't really make sense outside the show.
At least i can say 'I'd like to test that theory' in everyday life.

I can't help but love this one, from Dead Man's Party, when Giles is racing to the Summers' house and zombies are out in force, trying to stop him.
