DAY 23: TWO CHARACTERS YOU WANTED TO GET
TOGETHER THAT NEVER DID
DAWN SUMMERS/CONNOR REILLY
So, i wasn't exactly sure if i should choose this ship or not. Based on the fact that 'Angel' is a different show. But i've always thought of Ats and BtVS as being two parts of the same story, and don't really consider it to be a crossover between them.
And anyway, this is my meme!
So, I am a canon girl through and through, there are some ships i don't like but overall i am satisfied with how the pairings turned out on the show. So actually thinking of a couple that didn't get together that i wanted too was very difficult, just from the fact i don't really think about it. But the possibility of Connor and Dawn has actually always intrigued me, right from when i was first watching 'Angel' i thought, about them. For me i think it's mainly because they both have unusuall upbringings, a destiny, but most importantly i think they need someone to relate to. Both Connor and Dawn struggled with who they were, and how to deal with it. I think, with both of them coming from a supernatural past they could actually get along, and later develop a romance. I also think they mesh well personality wise, and Dawn is strong enough not to take any of his crap.
