(no subject)
This weekend went by really fast. I didn't do much of anything. Friday I went to the mall (I didn't buy anything) and met my parents for dinner at Da's. If it wasn't for Nick, Friday night would have been soo boring. lol We were "Friday night buddies". :) On Saturday I had to get up nice and early for work. Work was not too bad. I just was helping my dad get situated in his new office. After work I went to pick up that A-MAZING cake I ordered for my Dad's b-day. Then I got ready and we went out to dinner, to Filippa's. It was sooo much fun. We had our usual waiter, Chris. I love that guy. He always brings me a coffee drink that is amazing, because they got rid of their cappuccino machine...so now he makes me this coffee stuff that tastes just like cappuccino. Even if he is not our waiter, if he sees me he will bring it to me. So, I had to tell him I gave up coffee...and he brought me hot chocolate instead! :) He brought us this dessert that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. He put it on our table and said, "If I wasn't married, and you weren't married (to my mom), and if I wouldn't get put in jail for kissing you girls (my sis and I) you would all be my Valentine's. So here is a dessert for my Valentine." It was soo cute. And the dessert was incredible. He is my favorite waiter of all time. Anyways...we came home and ate more dessert (the cake I got). It was very good, everyone loved it. Then we watched some of In Living Color (we got my dad the first two seasons on DVD). And I fell asleep at like 10:30. lol
Today, I went out with Tim! We went to the mall, Kohls, and Savory Grill for lunch. It was lots of fun. So much fun I was worn out and came home and slept for a couple of hours. The grammys were on tonight. Usher performed, he is amazing. Album of the year went to Ray Charles, how does that happen? I think Usher should have won.
I am soo not looking forward to tomorrow. Valentine's Day is just...ugh I dont even know. I definitely do not want to go to school tomorrow. I will be mad at Nick if he doesn't come to the OC tomorrow! haha I have nothing else to say...maybe tomorrow I will write an interesting, meaningful, bitchy, entry because it will be Valentine's Day. Who's up for that?! LOL
