Jobs!
Since Haibane can only use old clothes, furniture, plates, everything ever. The same goes with jobs, they can't open up their own shop, they can only help out but that doesn't stop them from trying to do something that hasn't been done before.

The bakery, that is fairly nice to work at and the people there are very friendly. You can also make the halos using their pancake maker.

The clothes shop, this is where all the Haibane come to get clothes since he also sells used clothes. The owner seems fond of Haibane, and sees them as a blessing. So it would be a great place to work in.
The Haibane can also work at old home to take care of the kids, and the housekeeper is the one in charge. She also cares deeply about the children and also sometimes gives advise to the older Haibane, as well.
