Maybe it's because of the way I was raised.
Maybe it's simply because I'm an intelligent human being who can think for herself.
Whatever it is, prejudice, for whatever reason, has never made sense to me. What difference does it make when it comes to skin colour, religion, age, ethnic background, sexual orientation, gender, what have you.
I have three words for you if you have that sort of problem: Get. Over. It.
And I'm so tired of hearing, "oh, I was raised that way." That will work when you're five. Once you reach adulthood, grow a pair and think for yourself. Don't fall back on such a lame excuse.
These things are unimportant. A person's worthwhileness is based on their words and deeds, not the superficial things above.
