I'm not a victim, but...
I just got through putting some ideas down about my perceptions about people in general...and I got to thinking maybe I'm whining and complaining...you can certainly say too much about things that are true if they are not in your favor. On the other hand, I certainly do not like it when someone gets on his high horse and tells me I'm being a crybaby because I won't accept "the facts" that I'm wrong and he's right. Fortunately I haven't had that happen recently.
Well, what I mean to say is I do not blame others for my own predicaments. I'll be the first to admit if I made a mistake. But I am quickly overwhelmed by certain facts about life. My profession is just about the hardest for a Christian to distinguish himself in. As a soldier, your uniform is the ultimate mask.
I think I simply need to focus on what I can do now to get better rather than refuse to do the work because I can't perform as well as someone else.
