I just got paid $0.50 to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So did Sandra. We completely win.
Essentially, the sound screwed up for about a minute out of one of the songs, and we went and whined at the customer service desk. Twenty seconds later, they gave us free tickets for any movie any time (they don't even expire!!!1!!!two!) and sent us on our way. Since we went to a matinee, and those are fifty cents less than evening movies, we made fifty cents on seeing that movie. Which was amusing, if I do say so myself, though Johnny Depp was not particularly gorgeous.
