I could fake it, but I'd still want more

I loved this guy, for the obvious reasons, and I'm giving him a print of one of them:

This guy was REALLY interesting. I asked him why he was homeless, and he said because he was lazy--and he was completely honest. He said when his wife died, they ran out of money and he watched tv:

I have no idea wtf this guy is playing but it was heartbreakingly beautiful:

I like the B&W more, but this has better 'detail':

Hello, friends. First things first! Resident Evil 5 has an extended, HD gameplay trailer out. It is fabulous, and thanks to my friend Shawn for the head's up on today being the release date. Definitely check it out if you are an Xbox 360 or PS3 fan, or a Survival Horror fan, or a Chris Redfield fan, or a fan of Ebola because this is what the T-Virus would be like if you mixed it with Ebola. It's incredible and and and and and I cannot wait for this and L4d and Fable 2 and...

So, yeah, I have been busy lately with a lot of things and trying to get 3 4.0's in my summer classes--so far, so good--and a bit of work and eating cupcakes and I'm reading The Walking Dead (which is another recommendation I have if you like zombies or survival horror because it's a wonderful comic/graphic novel about the apocalypse so far)!

Anyway, I will get to my point now, have no fear. The point is I do take photos, I just don't post them so here's a few recent ones under the above cut. I have a lot more on my hard drive, which I will post sometime along with the remaining mp3s I owe people from that meme.

Oh and from Jacob, a meme: if you want me to give you 4 questions for you to post on your journal or reply in comments, comment on this post. So yeah, feel free.

1) Growing up as a kid, what was your favorite non-franchise video
game?

Probably Paperboy 2! But if that doesn't count, possibly Friday the 13th, as well, though I would imagine I should feel embarrassed admitting that. I used to play Friday with my friend late at night in the summer, and we would get so terrified when Jason would chase us; the controls made it terrifying, because you couldn't do shit in that game or escape Jason. It was one of those video games for the NES that they used about zero percent of their brains while designing, similar to the Freddy Krueger game.

2) Sing me three or four lines of THE ATARIS that you thought spoke to
you so so so so well as teenie bop:

You think I'm just a kid,
but you don't fucking get it.
I'm strong in my convictions
and don't you forget it!!!!!!
- "Song #13" by The Ataris

3) you told me about a random trip to disney land during december--what
was your favorite memory/ride?

Tricky one. I can tell you my least favorite ride, which was 100% the small world ride. It was boring and the song made me puke.

I really, in general, felt thankful and happy toward my Aunt and Uncle for taking me, buying us food in the the French quarter, which was a good memory. I remember playing Pokemon for Gameboy Color in the line for Splash Mountain which was also pretty fun. My favorite ride probably was the Matterhorn, though, because it was fun, especially how they had AC in the tunnels to make it feel genuine. I also went on it twice compared to every other ride.

Oh I also like Toad's Adventure ride for kids. I wasn't ten or anything, but it was really well-done for a "kid" ride and it brought to life that part of my child.

4) favorite word at the moment? possibly a favorite word from
dictionary.com word of the day? (one of mine was on it!)

Deluge. Spurious. Dissolved. Maniacal.
