I'm not the only one who loves to share her/his obsession for clothes. We should just call us SA, but instead we have a lot of wonderful sites such as Polyvore. One of my favourits from Polyvore is
this set. It's pretty and different, you can look city chic and still stand out.
The dress is in a heavy, red wool fabric, perfect for both day and night, easily layered to create different looks. And the boots are to die for! That stamped leather look never gets old (to me at least). It only looks good on the brown leather, though, on the red and black it's all kinds of cheesy.
After my mother urged me on (I had to get my shopoholism from somewhere), I looked around and found the Isabella Fiore bag cheap on ebay (yay!). I've never been much into the whole bag craze, especially since everyone seem more hung up on the brand than whether or not the bag actually looks good. I usually just use an old leather tote I got from mom, or my Nightmare Before Christmas-purse. I've actually had two offers to sell that purse. *shrugs*
But the Fiore bag is gorgeous. *huggles it*
I happily already have a ring similar to the one shown in the set. It's my great grandmother's wedding ring. We don't have a lot still left from that generation, not even many pictures, since the entire region I come from was scorched during World War II. A ring like my great grandmother's is worth more to me than any designer jewellery ever could.
Sometimes, quite often really, there are things that are more important than what's brand new. "Fifteen minutes ago" may be bad, but "76 years ago" is the best you can get. Something to think about before you throw away your out-of-fashion clothes?
