Kitteh snapshot
A few little kitteh moments I wanted to share:
Saturday afternoon, I'm about to nap after spending the morning at the eno river festival, so I have some energy for later celebrations.
Smudge sets herself up for scritches to my right, Rosie snuggles between my left arm & body. Buckaroo sits near my left shoulder. Rosie wriggles & stretches to be closer to Buck and "meeps" at him, holding her head out for lickings. Buckaroo obliges, and then Rosie returns the favor, Rosie occasionally meeping when Buck would pause too long.
So help me, the Rosie-Buckaroo grooming exchanging face-rubbing love fest that went on from there for several minutes was the cutest strangest thing I've ever seen.
Until Buck got bored, and Rosie draped herself across my belly and tried the same thing with Smudge, licking Smudge's back & tail. Smudges facial expression was the perfect example of the imperial cat "what the hell? How dare you!" and she left to sleep on top of my comic boxes.
I dozed, Rosie stayed, and I later woke to Rudie and Rosie on my chest, large orange cat purrs in my face.
I truly have 4 of the best cats in the world.
In other news, other things are mostly ok. Hopefully more later.
