So tonight, after enduring about 5 episodes of InuYasha (*vomits*), I finally showed Greg A Tale of Two Sisters. It was kind of annoying, since it's SUCH a long movie and Asian Horror Movies took it down and we had to watch it in 10 minute parts on YouTube, but we survived. The fact that he has one of those attach-laptop-to-big screen TV thingermabobbers was pretty helpful. I of course was squealing helplessly over the scenery and the costumes and the writing and the mood the whole movie, and he kept telling me to shut up because he hadn't seen it before. :D
He didn't love it as much as I do, but he at least LIKED it. Maybe it's a guy thing or a I-love-psychological-horror-too-much-for-my-own-good thing, I dunno. But I noticed SOOO many new things on my third (fourth? fifth?) run through. I actually get the dinner scene now...if anyone else was as confused about that as I was, I'll be glad to clarify what it meant :D
Still refuse to watch The Uninvited. I mean, I know it came from the same producers/director as the Americanized version of Ringu, and we ALL know that The Ring was an extremely decent remake, but nonethefuckingless, I saw the first ten minutes of Uninvited and wanted to puke everywhere because the mood was ALL. WRONG.
*sighs*
I can't wait until some dipshit wannabe finds Strange Circus and that shit gets Americanized, hoo boy is THAT going to be fun. God Strange Circus was such a bad movie. Maybe I ought to look up a plot analysis so I can at least TRY to understand it.
For now I'm in the mood to watch Battle Royale again.
Uuuh, nevermind, found a plot analysis for TOTS :D

PS: Promise my life doesn't consist of scary movies.
