Friday Night
Well it's been a week here. Didn't do a whole lot of anything really. Watched a few Hallmark movies ( So cheesy), played a golf game on the PS5, cleaned, cooked, parented, slept, ate a TON. Yep just another week and I am so glad it's the weekend, where my family is home with me. We plan on watching A Nightmare Before Christmas when Jashen gets here. Got some snacks to eat while we watch it. Craving a coke, but it's too late for some caffeine.
On the house front, the sellers finally got back to us. They are going to treat the termites and replace the roof, Jashen will do the rest of the work once they buy the supplies. I am just hoping that this home loan still goes through. It would be nice if it was by Thanksgiving but highly unlikely. Just taking it one day at a time.
My parents are already decorating for Christmas....ugh way TOO early in my book, Thanksgiving is when I do mine. I am NOT looking forward to Christmas this year.... I don't know why. I usually like the holiday, but lately just holidays in general have not excited me.....maybe it's the depression.
Found out that my oldest is going to be at my parents for a weekend in a couple of weeks, they told me, she didn't. It would be nice if she liked coming to my place....maybe when we move to a nicer home. Yet, she is spoiled to the core at her grandparents house, so that's part of it I am sure.
It's currently raining heavy outside. Makes me want to grab a hot tea and a book and go curl up on the couch. So cozy.
