For those of you who haven't heard, though I'd be quite suprised if you haven't, my being such a LOUDMOUTH about it ... I was released from Los Angeles County Jail last Wednesday, after a week's stay; the latest charge being Possession of a Dangerous Weapon amongst a variety of old warrants

I just didn't want to mention Joe Cocker, because that would give guillotinequeen reason to barge in here, spouting profanities. I was made to understand that she can't help but giggle at the mention of his phallic surname.
I DO love the Beatles, though. I love most Classic Rock. However, I have a certain distaste that encompasses all music. Verily, I see music as my worthy nemesis. I intend to write a post about this deviancy in the coming weeks.

the only problem with the beatles in my mind is that they are the most overrated fucking band ever to grace god's green earth. i have trouble enjoying their songs when i know the fucking mythos that every beatles fan loves to spout off whenever they can.
so i'm listening to this beatles album trying to chill back now, and all i can fuckin think of is john and paul having ego frenzied song writing contests against each other while georgie is just happy to get one of his great songs on the album. and ringo is ringo.
plus fucking girls man. beatles remind me of girls i don't want to be reminded of.
and insane people like charles manson and shit are always highlighted as listening to the beatles for tips on how to kill movie stars and stuff.
hence: madman.
other than that, i think everyone uses the 'current music' option to a bending of the truth effect. i don't use it at all unless i'm being goofy or making fun of music or something.

My friend Christian was telling me the other day that he had this systematic plan to introduce loads of great music to his kid sister; classic and contemporary. His plan was to subjugate her mind into attaching the worth of great music to listening to it in the car with her favourite brother and not to any lover she might take in the future (...) That's one of the most thoughtful familial gestures I've heard about.
Songs don't remind me of girls, really. I never got into the habit of fucking to music or even going over to their houses to listen to records. It's once every great while, like drunk sex ( ... )
