Just want to live in a great (and historic!) house?
Move in with me! I live in a very cute split-level home in the heart of Davidson, NC, about two feet from the town library and the college campus.
We need a friendly, trustworthy roommate to move in as soon as possible. It's a spacious blue room with hardwood floors (very shiny!) and a nice window to the backyard. The room has a built-in bookshelf and desk and generous closet space.
Your roommates would be me (!) and two awesome dudes, Severin and Bennett, some of the nicest, friendliest, most warm-hearted guys you'll ever meet.
Rent is $350 a month plus utilities.
You'll have access to a full kitchen, a big screened-in porch, our well-stocked libraries, and three bathrooms!
We unexpectedly had a tenant move out, and unfortunately, we didn't sign subleases-- this means that we have an extra person's rent to cover. We are currently having work done on the basement, but it should be good to live in within the next three weeks. We'll be happy to fill you in on the progress. So if you or anyone you know is interested in moving in, let me know!
We would prefer for the tenant to stay until May, but we're willing to work with whatever we can get.
