My birthday is in 9 days!!!
My birthday is in 9 days! Yes it's true I will be 21. Today a girl in my class was talking about how her birthday was in December. Then she asked me when my birthday was. I told her 9 days and she responded with "How old will you be 15?" And I said "No, I'll be 21." She got really quiet and I asked her how old she would be and she's said "20...." I think she felt stupid. I really can't believe that in just a few short days I will be allowed to pretty much to anything I want that requires an age limit aside from ordering off of the senior citizen menu at Denny's. It's so strange because I still feel so much like a teenager, yet I know I have matured in many ways. On other hand, I still feel behind in ways. So many people of my age are so much more independant and career driven. Me? I hate school and have no idea what I want to do with my life. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to get married and who knows when that is going to happen!
I think it would be fun to co-own a cafe and my job would be to make cookies and baked goods for it. This might possibly lead to a life of being obese though. I have to test out everything I make to make sure it's good.
