WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

After 5 hours of DDRing on Saturday night (which was only interrupted by a five-minute walk through the rain to Jack in the Box for a junior bacon cheesburger), my legs don't work! ^.^ AND DEVIN WAS THERE!! My brother is visiting us! He's leaving today *wails* but he's going to Sacremento instead of back to Sedona. *grumbles about her brother living in one of her favorite places on this good Earth* Devin went DDRing with us (us being my sisters and Brian, my psuedo-cousin). IT WAS GREAT!! While we were waiting for our turns, Brian and I played the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game on the FREE PLAY machines. ^.^ Hooray for nicklecades! *dances*

On the downside, after four straight days of twelve hours of sleep (Midnight to noon! w00t!) I'm so tired I could melt into a steaming puddle of protoplasm! ^.^ And I'm hungry...must've burned too many calories playing DDR. *stomach grumbles* *silences it with a death glare and a promise of toast*

I have a new obsession. And it's not just any obsession. This is one of those obsessions that occupies every waking moment of my conciousness. On Saturday night, I stayed up till midnight to watch the episode, and stayed up even longer till 3 just to watch it again. Yes, it's sad. Yes, it's geeky. Yes, it's n00bish. So what? I'M OBSESSED!

with Fullmetal Alchemist.

*huggles it*

AND I FORGOT TO BRING MY FLOPPY TODAY!! *cries* I wanted to load one of the FMA avatars I stole. ^.^

Isn't it sad that after a person sees one episode of a series, they're hooked, and after two episodes, they're hoplessly obsessed? Or is it just a measure of how good the series is?

My brother thinks I'm an idiot because the thinks that FMA is lame. I told him I wouldn't knock what he likes anymore if he didn't knock FMA. *growls*

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! *must...have...Hagaren...avie...*

*sniff*

My stepmom's pumpkin cheesecake is GOD!! ^.^

And I badly have the song from the credits of Return of the King stuck in my head.
Why do you weep?
What are these tears upon your face?
Soon you will see
All of your fears will pass away

Safe in my arms
You're only sleeping
...
And all will turn
To silver-glass
A light on the water
All souls pass...

I love the reference to the Silmarilion in this song! ^.^ The White Shores of Valinor, the lighthouse on the elven island that I can't remember the specific name of...the fact that even if you're not one of the race of the first Children of Illuvatar (Elves) and don't wait in the Halls of Mandos, you still pass through Valinor after death. And the "silver-glass" reference! The dream that Frodo has at Tom Bombadill's house turns to reality when he sails away. Gandalf says it in the movie, but it's cooler in the book, of course. *grin*

Yeah, no more ranting.
