I don't want to lose this recipe. These cookies are HEAVEN!
Prep: 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 8-10 minutes
Serves: 3 Dozen
Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
3 Eggs
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
12 oz jar of peanut butter
1 stick butter, soften
1/2 cups M&M's
1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cups butterscotch chips
2 tsp baking soda
(I also add 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, and heath toffey pieces)
Preheat oven to 350
In large mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter and mix well. Add candies and chips, baking soda and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE! Let stand 3 minutes before transfering to wire racks to cool.
