First Day Blues
I'm on my lunch break after my first half day here at MSMT. There are so many people here...I feel like I'm just another face in the crowd. The costume shop is small and very, very quiet. None of the other girls talk. There's no music. After a brief meeting our shop manager just sort of said, okay do this....but I didn't know where anything was. No tour, no explanations no nothing. I was kinda angry and upset but I figured things out, asked some questions and thought I was doing things right. But I wasn't. I wasn't tagging the rentals correctly and now I have to go back through the three sheets I already finished and fix them. I need today to be over.
Oh, and to make matters worse, I look like a total loser sitting here in the green room all by my lonesome because the other shop girls went upstairs to their apartments for lunch and my roommates are off in different areas. I'm like the geek with no friends. I'm bringing a book tomorrow.
