Oscar Time!
I was undecided on whether or not I was going to sit through 4 or so hours of the Oscars this year. Up until 7pm I was still unsure. I thought of other things I could do tonight.
Read - but the book I'm on I have just started so didn't feel compelled to keep reading it yet.
Catch up on stuff on the DVR - ehh, don't really feel like it.
Watch a movie - nothing I really want to watch is on demand.
So I had nothing better to do. I watched Ryan Seacrest be a total tool on E! for half an hour and then watched Regis be overexcited and adorable on ABC. Jon Stewart's opening monologue was actually very funny! I've been laughing all night! I think I might actually watch the whole thing. I'll have to go make some popcorn though. Snacks are synonymous with award shows.
Let's hope I'm not jinxing Jon Stewart and he'll stay funny. Due to the strike there are a TON of montages, but I find I'm rather enjoying them.
