Black Friday and Saturday
Justin and I are at his families for thanksgiving. Thursday was good we ate too much, played games chatted etc. Friday Justin's family get up really early and go to the Black Friday sales, I went 2 years ago and decided that I would go this year too. So I went to bed at a reasonable hour but couldn't really sleep at 3am I was wide awake so I just got up, we were supposed to get up at 3.30 anyway. I went downstairs and spent some time with Justin and his brother who were still up. Then all the women in the family hit the sales, Meredith came along just to keep us company (she didn't need anything). The only thing that I needed was a power washer for Justin's Dad which was reduced to $99 from $179, so at least I saved $80 by getting up that early. So we went to Meijer, Walmart, Kmart, Lowes, we had breakfast at Cracker Barrel which was yummy, and I got some cute ornaments for my Christmas tree in their gift shop. I was back in bed by 9.30am.
Friday was a weird day because we all got up late (2nd time around) and ate leftovers followed by a huge meal and then we played games. Justin brought Rock Band with him which is a computer game with instruments that you play along with, it is a lot of fun, especially when so many people want to play. I started feeling a little strange and I figured it was the odd hours that I had kept that day. I went to bed at 1am and at 3am I was up feeling pretty ill I took alka seltzer to settle my stomach and and after that I spent a lot of time in the bathroom being sick. I tried to go to bed again but eventually I took my pillow in to the bathroom and camped out from about 4am to 7am. Then yesterday I had to run to the bathroom every 5mins because i had diarrhea which was unpleasant. I couldn't eat anything.
Justin's Aunt Julie, Meredith and I were supposed to go to an outlet mall together, Aunt Julie turned up and she had not been well either, Meredith wasn't feeling to good. I told them I couldn't go. They went to the regular Mall instead but both of them were sick while there so it wasn't to great a trip. Justin's Mum bought us Gator aid which I was so grateful for, I was so dehydrated and I couldn't take any more water. I felt pretty bad because our good friend Rick brought his girlfriend Sheena around to visit and I wasn't able to be as social as I liked, plus I looked like hell because I was in my pajamas and had been crashed out on the couch. I hope the didn't hold it against me, she seemed really nice, hopefully I will get to see them again at Christmas and make a better impression. I did manage to eat a small bowl of Chicken soup when they were here and I was definitely feeling better by the evening.
Ramin and Anna are in Ann Arbor but we were not able to make any plans for today because I was so sick yesterday. I think it is too late now, i will have to ask Justin what he wants to do.
So that was my fun week, I just hope that Justin doesn't get sick.
