Justin and I went to our friends Jenny and Pat's housewarming yesterday in Yipsilanti and we had so much fun.  I made dirt cake, and used a flower pot, fake flowers and a trowel to serve it.  That was a big hit mostly because it looks cool, but everyone had second helpings so I guess it tasted good too, really you can't go wrong with oreos, pudding

oh it is yummy. Basically you blend up a packet of oreos so it looks like soil. Then you make instant chocolate pudding and mix that with cool whip topping (I don't know what the equivalent of that is in Australia , or Ireland) then you layer it in a clean flower pot. Layer of oreo's layer of pudding mix, layer of oreo's etc. You finish with a layer of oreo's and then you stick a fake plant in it and serve it with a garden trowel (clean). And you refrigerate it so it is cold. Yummy, and easy to make - but it looks like you put a lot of effort in because of the plant pot.
